What Is CrossFit?
In its true definition CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.”
In an everyday life application definition, it is fitness that combines the successful combination of strength training and cardio together.
Each class is 60 minutes long and every day is different keeping training interesting and effective.
A CrossFit class isn’t just about working out, it’s about becoming part of a group of people sharing the same goal and being one community where everyone does the same workout together.
CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, once you try it, you’ll never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Who Is CrossFit For?
While CrossFit is used on a global scale and serves many elite training programs, it is designed for universal scalability and is ideal for everyone from grandmothers to professional athletes.
Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. If there is a movement that you are unable to do we can help you find an appropriate substitution to replace it or adjust to suit your individual ability.

About Our Coaches
Our Coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey.
We invest ourselves in helping you reach your goals, we are passionate about what we do and are committed to the CrossFit methodology.
Each class is coach led and so you can be rest assured you are in good hands throughout. The coach will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD).
